THE LAST DANCE

TIME IS OVER, PUT YOUR PENS DOWN. This one is the scariest sentence to hear when you are in an examination hall and you still have like ten unanswered questions while you see that each one of them has fifteen marks!! People love to brag by saying that there is two days where you can do absolutely nothing. They   say that one is called yesterday while another one is called tomorrow but trust me my dear, you can’t do anything when a scary supervisor says that sentence above.

As I was alone thinking and doing my good for nothing analysis about time and nature, a song popped in my mind and I remember one line which goes like” you get no second chances this ticket is good one way” and other which goes like “watch ahead the time march on and see the caravan of life go by”. By listening to it, I just realized two things: Our time here is limited and if this was not the case then we could have been immortals. The second is this: You can accurately know the amount of money you have but you never know how much time you have. We are likely to spend our precious time doing things which are somehow useless and pointless. We like to waste our time worrying and stressing ourselves but hardly do we think about that though we sleep every day with hope of seeing another day, it won’t be like that forever. One day we will sleep and never wake up again. Our time here will be over and we will be gone for good. All that will matter will not be how much money we had (though I see no problem in having those sweet and precious papers), fancy clothes we had or every other material stuff. All that will matter will be how much we loved with all our hearts, how well we lived our life without harming anyone and how we served others with kindness. All that will matter as you will be having your last dance with time will be the hearts you touched.
